      the holistic Suite is excellent

The dining room staff were a little short on training.but it was early in the year.

On discovering the problems mentioned below, our departure was dealt with promptly and future service was good.

We originally booked for 2 nights but on arrival, service was fairly poor and we discovered there was nowhere local of a reasonable standard to eat during the evening, hence we were stuck with eating at the hotel. The food was fine but not to the standard we were hoping, having eating in some superb restaurants around Ireland.

The staff are all quite pleasant and friendly and seem keen to help. There were lots of large towels which was great. I might stay again but only if I was working in the very local vicinity.

I very much enjoyed the hure rooms and general spacious feeling of the hotel.

      Food was just ok.

We had a very enjoyable stay, staff very friendly, excellent food, very comfortable room with lovely view, would highly recommend it.

Beautiful scenery surrounds the hotel - disappointed to have a room overlooking a carpark but I guess it's the luck of the draw! Very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Good bar food. Lovely swimming pool and very safe for kids. Lots of foyer room for toddlers to explore safely. Lovely outdoor seating area on a summer day!

The changing room for the swimming pool is very small especially when there were so many kids with frazzled moms trying to dry them off. I bet the mens locker room was empty!

hotel in nice location. Staff were friendly and courteous.

breakfast very unsatisfactory. breakfast finished at 11 am we arrived in dining room for breakfast at 10.40 am orange juice was not available ,plates not available , only scraps of bread in bread basket and this was not refilled, tinned fruit for fruit salad ,cooked breakfast not available .When i expressed my disappointment at service a waitress came to the table and offered an apology . She offered to cook some breakfast but at that stage we had finished . The orange juice container was refilled when i asked the waiter to refill same. I requested a reduction on the bill and the manaer did not charge for breakfast.

I loved the location and we had a great room with a view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy especially the scrambled egg although we had to wait in queue while the man went off to the kitchen several times for more! I would certainly go back there again.

As I said we had a bit of a wait for the full Irish while the man kept disappearing into the kitchen but it was definitely worth waiting for!. The swimming pool was a little too small maybe reduce the number of lanes and the hot tub in the corner was cold.

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious , we particularly liked the staff, they couldn't have been nicer in every area of the hotel, within being intrusive, we have already recommended it to friends. Really this does make a huge difference, regardless of the weather ! We found them helpful and most of all cheerful, perhaps you could pass this trick on to the village which was very pretty too but, unlike the hotel, we had to listen to some dreary "these are hard times for business" sad stories, esp in the craft shop! ( recommended at the desk ).......maybe a word to the business community there. Two tiny gripes, one over-weaning family practicing on the piano endlessly and cartwheeling in the lobby..? Bar food was good, we ate there a few evenings but some lighter options/healthier might be good. Overall thanks to a great staff.

Beautiful location and setting, we where down for a wedding in Glandore and found the Celtic Ross an excellent place to stay

I loved that I had a sea view and the relaxed atmosphere after a days work. Also wifi in room was a pleasant bonus

Breakfast time was a bit relaxed as I had to be gone from hotel by 8:30 each morning.

loved the place. Excellent location and wonderful staff.

As i was on my own travelling to a family reunion I thought 75 euro a bit expensive for 1 night.Everything else was perfect.
